This is Mirazul Islam. General Manager at USA Xplorer, an immigration services firm serving clients across South Asia, where I lead operations, client acquisition, and team development from Bangladesh. Over the past year I have personally closed the firm’s largest and most complex service agreements, working with clients in Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka on US employment based and status change pathways including EB 1, EB 2 NIW, and Change of Status. My path to this role was built on six years of independent, revenue facing work: I began as a freelance graphic designer in 2019, expanded into Meta paid media marketing in 2021, and moved into web design and development in 2023, running each as a self directed practice responsible for my own pipeline, delivery, and client retention. I joined USA Xplorer in February 2025 as a web designer and developer, building the firm’s digital presence and conversion focused web assets, and was appointed General Manager in December 2025 after taking ownership of the firm’s highest value client relationships. What drives results in this market is not sales pressure but trust: clients commit when they are confident their case is genuinely understood, and that principle now shapes how I build the team, structure our client process, and grow the business.
